I am recruiting for an Administrator on a Temporary contract to work for a busy company in Redditch who due to a period of growth are looking to expand their team.

Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00
GBP9.15 per hour

Key Activities the Administrator include:
- Chase purchase orders from clients prior to order being set up for scheduling
- To manage the central mailbox, checking and dealing with all emails within 24 hours of receipt
- Ensure that accurate client and financial information is recorded on the system.
- To note changes needed to client records/site details and update the system accordingly
- To produce Excel spread-sheets for internal and external use and disseminate information as appropriate
- To support the production of weekly client reports
- To produce documents as required within the role
- To answer calls from the central telephone line in a professional manner, taking details and passing calls to the relevant person as appropriate
- To undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably required

The successful candidate will need to have: -
- Excellent communication skills in writing and by telephone
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent IT skills, to include all Office products but specifically Excel, Word and Access.
- Logical with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable with dealing with clients both by telephone and email in a friendly, professional manner
