Reporting to the Contract Manager and sitting within the Finance Business Solutions Team, the Contract Analyst will predominantly support the MSP product line, although the role will expand over time to support multiple product lines to support business needs and growth.
Throughout these processes, the Contract Analyst will ensure that AGS maintains a strong position, develops consistent contract alignment and minimizes company risk, ensuring that all client flow downs are backed off with suppliers.
The Contract Analyst will support on new programme implementations, working to streamline the process to deliver supplier enrolment ahead of deadlines, as well as supporting BAU work day-to-day.
The person in this role will be available to provide support across the department and assist in managing work-load spikes, training and manage short-term issues.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting Contracts Manager and Internal Legal Counsel to create and keep updated standard contract templates and processes.
* Administration and updating of contract management system
* Escalating contract queries to Contract Manager and AGS Legal department as required
* To occasionally document and complete contract summaries, capturing key details within terms and conditions
* Ensure weekly document control and electronic signatory processes are completed for the return of signed contracts for suppliers
* Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to maintain a high standard within contracts administration
* Miscellaneous requests/tasks
