HR Coordinator

Location: RG14, Newbury, West Berkshire

Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP30,000 p.a. (pro-rata) depending on qualifications and experience

Hours of work: 20 - 26 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days.

As providers of outsourced HR Support to small and medium sized businesses in and around South Oxfordshire and West Berkshire, business expansion means we are looking for a people oriented, resourceful and organised individual to join our team in providing HR support and administration to our customers. The team looks after several tasks and processes within the employment life cycle including

* recruitment and induction,

* drafting and providing employee related documentation such as contracts and policies,

* organising training and development,

* managing the HR IT system

* supporting with absence management and exits etc.

The role is varied and interesting, and can include on site attendance. There is also some general office administration such as answering the phone, liaising with customers and suppliers, running reports and posting social media. It's a small company, so flexibility and understanding what it means to work as part of a small team is really important.

You will be

* qualified to 'A' level or equivalent

* CIPD part-qualified or else working towards

* strong organisational and communication skills

* have a full valid driving licence and access to your own transport

The role is part-time, approximately 20-26 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. Actual hours to be agreed.
