Cubiq Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a leading manufacturer of electronic components for the aviation and defence sectors. They are looking to appoint a Master Scheduler to their Site Operations team.

The Master Scheduler will be responsible for creating, owning and running the Master Production Schedule, managing 2 direct reports, organising and holding the monthly production plan meeting and managing the supply chain.

Defining the daily and weekly production plans
* Managing capacity planning and resources to ensure products are completed On Time In Full
* Maintaining and updating the ERP system
* Conducting scenario analysis and recovery plans
* Coordinating NPI into production and end of life planning balancing inventory
* Updating production team on any changes or possible issues
* Analysing and revising production plans and updating deadlines
* Attending daily production meetings to ensure production flow is efficient and to schedule
* Identifying root cause of any issues and implement corrective actions

Ensures on time delivery of quality product in line with customer requirements by ensuring staff follow the schedule.
Monitor efficiencies in the operations department to identify bottle necks in the process and then liaise with other stake holders to implement corrective actions.
Run the daily SQDCP board with the team.
Develop & improve documentation and planning work instructions to improve transparency, team capability and compliance. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position in a complex manufacturing environment. Candidates will need to have worked in similar highly regulated sectors (aerospace/ defence). ERP use essential, IFS experience preferred.
