Your new role
We're looking for a Hosted Operations Analyst to join us on a short term basis of c. 3 months to support our 24/7 team. You'll be working either 8-4 or 9-5.
Supporting our 24/7 analysts you'll spend your time across a range of tasks including;
* Coordinating long standing incident tickets
* Monitoring incident queries
* Supporting with responding to alerts, logging new incidents
* Updating customers and other teams around the business
Whilst previous experience as a support analyst isn't required due to the short term nature of this contract we need someone who is able to pick things up quickly and be willing to support our analysts as required.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within IT/Tech. Whilst this role is only 3 months you'll gain valuable experience and insight into our business and be able to apply for any suitable roles at the end of your contract.
The team you'll join
You'll be part of a team of 12 operations analysts (split into 4 teams), working alongside our operations analysts.
What you'll bring
These are the skills and experience you'll need to set yourself up for success for this role; however we'd still love to talk to you even if you don't tick all of them:
* Interest in IT/Technology
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience within IT administration and good skills within MS office
* Quick learner and ability to use initiative
