DAYTONA MOTORSPORT IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR WAITING STAFF TO ASSIST THE CATERING AND FRONT OF HOUSE FUNCTION IN DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE TO OUR GUESTS.

Main Purpose of Job:

To carry out and supervise work as part of the FOH team to ensure that the customer experience is optimised whilst high standards are achieved in the provision of food and beverage services.

To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Catering/Bar/Caf??/FOH areas ensuring first class customer service and compliance with all regulations, some of which are highlighted in point 1.

To supervise and assist in the design, layout and service of customer parties/functions as required.

To comply with Company policy and legislation as laid down in The Food Safety Acts, The Licensing Act, The Health and Safety at Work Act Regulations

General Responsibilities (Desirable):

1. To be aware of and comply with the regulations as set out in:

* The Food Safety Act;

* The Licensing Act.

* The Health and Safety at Work Act;

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

1. Serve customers with high standards of customer care at all times

2. To ensure that you follow the cashing up procedure of the cash floats in your area of supervision

3. To follow financial procedures in order to bank daily cash sales

4. To ensure that Licensing Laws are adhered to

5. To practice hygiene and operational procedures at all times

6. Establish excellent systems of communications with all members of Catering and FOH staff

7. Contribute to team meetings for the planning and preparation of catering functions and caf??/bar/FOH management.

8. To work as part of a team to ensure that all event hospitality needs are met

9. To take an active interest in and contribute to the delivery of successful promotional campaigns and ensure up-to-date changes to menu's, event design, room layouts, food service areas are managed.

10. To collate, report and action all customer feedback in order to continually improve the business
