The Provisioning team are game-changers in Elite's success, and this role will ensure all our sales get connected with their IT, data, cloud and connectivity services. You will help to transform traditional approaches to order management, providing efficiency and automation, keeping our customers in the know and maintain our impeccable customer service standards.
In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer order has your complete focus and consistently look for ways in which Elite can improve its customer experience.
You will need to be good with data, with strong attention to detail, have previous experience within customer service and a commitment to driving change with a knowledge of IT services and technology.
This role is perfect for someone looking to move into the IT or tech world that has recently completed an IT related qualification.
