Candour Talent are pleased to be recruiting for a prestigious company, based in the Abergavenny area.

We have an exciting position available for a Training Coordinator to work within a growing team.

The job role will involve the following:

Book in all client training requirements in a professional and efficient manner
Manage internal training diary effectively
Prepare and issue training certificates in a timely manner
Collate and file all training paperwork
Work with Client Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
Work with Sales team to pro-actively upsell training opportunitiesDuties and responsibilities will include the following:

Working with Sales & Client Service team, use information provided to efficiently book in training for clients as required
Discuss training course options with clients directly to ensure correct and relevant training is delivered
Support Key Account Managers and Client Services team in new client acquisitions and quotations with specific training knowledge
Provide support to the Training Consultants as and when required
Prepare and dispatch all training support materials in a timely fashion
Collate training paperwork received at the laboratory and record appropriately
Prepare and issue attendance certificates in line with client requirements for all training delivered
Prepare reports on training activity as and when required
Handle all enquires with confidence and professionalism
Ensure quality and service excellence through a focus on staff training and retention activities
To observe safety regulations and attend mandatory fire, manual handling and other courses as required
Report all incidents and adverse events to managers and assist in the investigations of any incidents
Participate in risk assessment monitoring

Pay Rate - GBP18,585 per annum
