This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced individual in Recruitment to join our team of 6 friendly and highly driven In-house recruiters to make a positive difference to someone's life by recruiting Social Care professionals.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will provide first-class recruitment services with a focus on direct sourcing and offering an excellent experience to candidates and hiring managers alike.

This role is 30 hours per week on a 9 months fixed term contract with a possible extension.

What will you be doing?

Provide a pro-active recruitment coordination service across the organisation.
Create and place adverts, undertake pre-screening, arrange interviews, prepare shortlisting and interview packs, conduct interviews as part of a panel.
Source candidates when required.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements.
Liaise with recruitment agencies, when appropriate, to source suitable candidates.
Use initiative and creativity for recruiting the best people.
Understand the needs of the organisation and its values to ensure the right candidates are recruited.Essential experience/criteria;

Experience of working in a high-volume recruitment environment either agency or in-house recruitment.
Experience of health care recruitment is highly desirable.
Experience of using Microsoft Office packages in an office environment.
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar database.
Self-motivation and flexibility.
Attention to detail.
Effective communication internally and externally, both orally and in writing.
Able to effectively prioritise tasks and manage own workload.In return you will receive;
