The Customer Engagement team is where our customers begin their retirement planning journey. Here your job will be to speak to customers who have expressed an interest in Equity Release or Estate Planning, with a view to booking an appointment with an adviser or a member of the estate planning team.

Our Telephone Account Managers offer a complete service to new and existing introducers, taking inbound calls to ensure our proposition is promoted effectively. The team is proactive, making outbound calls to customers, qualifying referrals and booking appointments for Advisers as well as responding to enquiries from customers and introducers.

Our Customer Service Agents support our customers after they have taken out Equity Release through More2Life, our lending arm of the business. This is an inbound and outbound calling role with an element of back office, replying to emails and website enquiries.

Our Broker Support Team offer support and guidance to our Financial Advisers during the process of assisting homeowners with their later life lending. This is a customer service role covering both telephony work and email correspondence. This team is responsible for the provision of support to our business customers and internal telephone account manager and operations areas.

Additional Information

Bonus Scheme (OTE GBP21k-28k, depending on the role). Full time, permanent position. Hours of work (dependent on role). Based out of head offices in Fulwood, Preston (PR2).
