Part-Time HR Co-ordinator - Future Ways of Working

Salary: GBP22,986.00 - GBP25,500.00 Pro Rata

Duration: 9 months
The RSPB is about to embark on a new Future Ways of Working project. This 9-month project will be taking forward the benefits and new ways of working that have evolved over the past year and embed them in policy, culture and new processes to support both managers and employees.
One of the workstreams is to plan and deliver contractual changes to all existing paid employees together with the implementation and adjustment of our location structures within our HR system.
What's the role about?
To assist the Contracts Adviser with the contractual changes surrounding the RSPB's new working arrangements, together with knowledge of the HR system to be able to bring both system, locations, and contracts in line with each other.
The key tasks are:
* Assist with the co-ordination of contractual changes
* Support with updating of the HR system with structural location changes
* Assist with the checking of existing contracts
* Issuing of new contracts
* Logging and monitoring return contracts
What we need from you:
* Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing to ensure effective reporting and customer service.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Knowledge of employee contracts preferable but not necessary
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
* Ability to work as part of a project team, on own initiative
* Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Please note the above salary range for this role will be paid pro-rata for the 25 - 37.5 hours per week that this post will be contracted for.
