We're recruiting for a digital technology specialist, who are looking for a Facilities Assistant or Maintenance Assistant to play an integral part of maintaining and enhancing a fun, chilled, creative working environment.

They're about to begin an exciting new journey, embarking on an office relocation and outfit, where the Facilities Assistant will be key in supporting the project, supplier management, pre-planned maintenance, along with other duties such as purchasing office equipment and Health and Safety.

As the office manager you'll have the ability to come up with your own ideas, build on them and then deliver exciting new strategies to improve everyone's working experience, whether at home or within our office

Key Responsibilities:-

Owning the process for equipment provisions and office purchasing.
Working independently and with the landlord to ensure the office space is adequate for our usage and well maintained.
Being the primary contact for Health and Safety matters and ensuring Health and Safety compliance wherever people work.
Various in-office tasks, including sorting deliveries and post and waste management,
What you'll need

You'll have previous experience as a Handy Person / Facilities Assistant and be confident in completing minor repairs, in addition to a good understanding of risk assessments and health and safety procedures.
