Customer Services Advisor
Droitwich
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 + Benefits
Role Profile
Cast UK are recruiting a Customer Services Advisor position for a well-established manufacturing and distribution business based in Droitwich. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and must possess experience within a similar role. You will report into the Office Manager and will work Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure all calls are accurately logged and managed professionally in a timely manner
Work cross functionally with different business functions including purchasing, operations and sales
Responsible for ensuring all information offered to customers is current and up to date
To ensure specific daily tasks are completed within the given time frame
To ensure Customer ad hoc requests are addressed within specific contractual guidelines
To offer assistance to tele-order during peak/busy periods to ensure all Customer orders are captured within deadlines
Inform customers of any potential problems/changes to their deliveries
Any ad-hoc duties requested by the Office Manager
Key Skills
Proven experience working in a customer service role, ideally B2B
Strong admin skills across MS Office
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels and work cross-functionally
High attention to detail and methodical approach to work
Customer-centric approach to work
