A large Barnsley based Engineering services provider have a new opportunity, for an experienced HR and Training Administrator to join them on a temporary, contractual on-going basis. The role will involve facilitating all HR and Training Administration, while supporting a busy HR team with all other areas of Administration.

The role will involve the following:

* Facilitating all relevant HR Administration

* Supporting a busy HR team (Managers and Advisors) with HR Admin. Assistance

* Maintaining records - HR and Training records

* Keeping abreast of relevant Construction related training courses for staff: CSCS/PTS

* Managing HR filing systems

* Upkeep of employee records: Starters and Leavers

* Use of internal systems (COINS) and MS Office

Ideally, candidates will possess the following skills/experience:

* A background within a HR/Construction/Training role

* Ability to fulfil the above criteria

* Knowledge of Construction related training courses would be ideal: CSCS/PTS

* Knowledge and experience within a HR Admin. Function

* Fully conversant with MS packages

* Attention to detail

The role is offered on a temporary, contract basis and presents a salary of GBP21k negotiable, experience depending.

Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm
