Role Overview
We are looking for a Resourcer/Recruitment Advisor to provide a flexible, customer focussed and professional first line response to providing advice and guidance on all enquiries, including face to face contact, telephone and/or email, taking ownership of achieving a satisfactory resolution and escalating where appropriate.
You will also undertake a broad range of clerical and administrative duties, covering all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes.
You will also maintain and update HR database systems and e recruitment system, ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. Taking ownership of data quality and integrity of information when inputting, amending and extracting information and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
