Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse with community based experience? Can you manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health issues? If this sounds like you then this could be the ideal role for you!
We are looking for Community Psychiatric Nurses to work in CMHT's across Merseyside. The successful candidate would ideally have community experience and would be happy visiting patients in their homes to offer treatment and support. They would build positive working partnerships, have the ability to manage risk and distress and deliver assessments and interventions. They would be comfortable working autonomously and within current Mental Health policies and legislation.
The working pattern is generally between 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, however some flexible working may be accomodated. Use of your own vehicle is essential for the role. Pay rates are negotiable depending on experience and there is a contribution towards mileage.

As a CPN you will be responsible for:
- Care planning
- Assessments and interventions
- Care Coordinating
- Liaison with other agencies
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a NHS mental Health team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
