Salary: up to GBP40k
Shift: 4 on 4 off (days, nights)

This is an excellent opportunity to manage an operation on the shift within a successful, growing, and well-respected packaging manufacturer that is committed to supplying a premium standard of product to the food manufacturing and FMCG industries
About the Job
They are looking for a highly experienced Shift Operations Manager to support and assist the senior management team; ensuring the production is running efficiently, delivering against daily targets. You will be responsible for leading and coaching your team, delivering against the business plan, and promoting and encouraging values throughout. You will assist the senior team to achieve goal requirements and provide a communication route for the day-to-day operations to the Site General Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced production / Operations Manager ideally coming from the packaging sector or FMCG. It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your workload accordingly.
