The Creative Industries School at Kingston College is now looking for a Lecturer in Media to deliver exciting and industry relevant skills and knowledge to students on our popular practical vocational courses from Level 2 to Level 4.
You’ll be a dynamic, pro-active, highly organised individual who can effectively support students in a pastoral capacity too. Recognised as a good or better teacher, you’ll hold a Degree (or higher) or relevant professional qualifications in an appropriate subject and be able to support ‘at-risk’ learners to achieve or exceed their potential. You’ll have good industry knowledge to support work experience and industry placements that are integral to the study programme offer and have a broad understanding of past, current and future Creative Media to be able to support students in developing higher level skills and understanding.
A teaching qualification isn’t essential, however we would like you to achieve one in line with current regulations.
