I am currently supporting a small niche high end residential developer who operate in South Hampshire, they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to be based on a prestigious development in Portsmouth

Day to day duties:
* Conducting viewings both face to face & virtually
* Sales Progression
* Working on site & managing the development
* Ensuring that upkeep of the sales & marketing suite is kept high
* Keeping a strong communication path between yourself and the company
* Negotiating offers
* Reporting back to the sales management team
