My client are a social housing provider based in the Gainsborough area who are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to join their team with an immediate start on a full time but temporary basis for 6 weeks initially with the potential for extension, working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, paying GBP11 per hour.

The role will be varied but will involve:

* Being the vital first point of contact for the Business Development team and funders, customers (internal and external) partners and stakeholders

* Providing general business administration support for the BD team and subsidiaries, including property development

* Coordinating stock ordering, marketing materials and liaising with suppliers, ensuring the best value for money and best service

* Updating the CRM systems with stakeholder and communication activity

* Coordinating finance activity across the teams including raising purchase orders, invoices and processing payments and receipts, ensuring all finance administration is in order

* Ensuring record keeping for a variety for a variety of projects is up to date and in line with contractual requirements, including updating the various CRM systems

* Supporting key tasks and activities such as coordinating events and engagement activity, liaising with contract managers, obtaining and submitting performance data

* Day to day admin tasks including organising meetings, taking minutes at meetings, capturing actions, responding to requests to support the team's delivery and managing inboxes and calendars for shared activity

* Monitoring contract and project reporting milestones, liaising with finance for monthly and quarterly financial claims and returns and checking payments have been made

* Dealing with day to day funder requests, evidence collections and collating claims evidence

* Providing cover for other admin roles and front of house roles as required

To be successful you must:

* Have considerable administrative experience including raising purchase orders and processing purchase orders/use of purchase order systems iPOS

* Have experience of contractual reporting and financial claims for grant funding

* Have experience of external funding and compliance requirements for them

* Have experience of working across projects and supporting their successful delivery

* Have the ability to work across multiple IT systems
