Are you an experienced recruiter? Available for contract work? Would you like to work for a high profile, reputable business?
This is a fantastic FTC role for approx 6 months with a large, well known business based in Glasgow. (The role will be initially home based)
You will be join a well established talent acquisition function to provide additional support through a very busy recruitment period.
Responsibilities include:
Working closely with hiring managers to create recruitment plans
Leading specific end to end recruitment campaigns (large scale)
Liasing with PSL recruitment agencies regularly for recruitment support
Using your recruitment expertise to source suitable talent for the business
Building talent pipelines
Processing offers for candidates
Maintenance of the recruitment system - managing applicant flow, recruitment reports and MI
You will be an experienced recruiter used to delivering recruitment campaigns with strong influencing skills. You will also have in depth experience working with recruitment systems . You will bring recruitment solutions and enjoy being a brand ambassador for the business.
This is an excellent role with a fully flexible employer - the role will be remote intitially with a hybrid working model when COVID restrrictions fully ease.
