We are looking for a HR Business Adviser, role initially will be based at home. However, you may be required to travel and work in allocated locations across Oxfordshire county moving forward. Hot desking is available.
About the role:
Working across this diverse organisation, you will need to be CIPD qualified with in-depth experience of employed relations, ideally from working in complex organisations, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly to influence, advise and coach managers on a wide range of people management issues including:
* Organisational change including restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers and contractual changes and job redesign
* Managing performance including formal disciplinary and capability procedures
* Resolving grievances and disputes
* Managing attendance - ensuring our sickness absence procedures and systems are followed and promoting a positive culture of health and wellbeing
* Disability matters and long-term ill-health; working with employees, managers, Occupational Health and other specialists
* Contractual terms and conditions of employment, employment status, pay and benefits and interpretation of policy and procedures
About you:
* You will be committed to the continued improvement of professional, expert HR practise and high standards of customer service
* Proactive, able to work under pressure meeting competing demands and challenges
* Keen to work both strategically and hands-on, in a varied and fast-paced organisation
