Job Description

Specific responsibilities

Lead on and support all HR elements of acquisitions/TUPE activity. Provide both hands on and advisory support.
Ensure appropriate legal and due diligence advice is provided and acted upon.
Produce reports on cost analysis and HR risk management to provide briefing to all key stakeholders.
Provide support on the migration of employees through effective project management and risk management, including planning, negotiation, employee consultation to on-boarding.
Support the HR Manager to ensure all TUPE legal requirements are met and ensure effective communications are in place.
Person Specification

Experience as HR advisor or HR Business Partner
Employment Law Qualifications
CIPD Level 7
Experience of managing TUPE processes.
Proficient in calculating exit payments.
Experience of managing complex ER cases from end to end.
Strong stakeholder management skills
