Conrad Consulting are on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technician to join an established and successful multi-disciplinary practice in Huddersfield. You will work alongside their team of their experienced Architects, Technologists and Technicians, based in a modern head office in West Yorkshire.
Our client provide a comprehensive range of professional services to the housing sector - including both new build and refurbishment projects. They are looking for an individual that can offer support across their Technical division and the wider business that currently includes Architects, Chartered Surveyors and various other Construction professionals. They have a proven track-record of having develop their staff. They have a culture of internal promotion and several of the staff have been there for many years.
We are looking for a team-leader; someone keen to develop their skills, work alongside some real top-quality industry-professionals and to work on exciting projects. If this sounds like you then please read on for a full breakdown of the requirements of the role.
Key requirements of the Architectural Technician will include:
Minimum of 5 years experience working in an Architectural role is preferred.
??AutoCAD experience is essential. REVIT would be desirable.
??Previous experience working on Residential projects would be beneficial to this role.
??Prior knowledge/awareness of writing design & access statements, planning statements and developing measured site surveys.
??To be a proven leader, and senior figurehead within a design office.
??Excellent management skills.
??Ability to prioritise and strategise given specific time constraints.
??Full, clean driving licence.
Salary offered is between GBP37,000 - GBP45,000 plus a competitive package, pension scheme and more.
