I have an immediate start available for someone to join my client on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent after 3 months. This role is to support my client working within the purchasing team.

You will support the team with the purchasing of goods and services for projects as well as anything needed for the office. Ideally you will have some purchasing/procurement experience as well as a strong background in administration, attention to detail is also key for this role as you will be processing large volumes of data.

Main responsibilities:

Processing order requests for various projects within business
Ensure that delivery notes are entered onto the system for goods received
Process invoices
Checking invoices on query reports
Update spreadsheets for management reports
Support wider team with all aspects of administrationThis role is based just outside Glasgow City Centre with easy access via public transport. Interviews will take place next week so you must be available to start work immediately and looking for a long term opportunity.
