Tradewind are working closely with a primary school in the Chesterfield area requiring a teacher on a part time basis from September 2021 to cover a maternity leave in a Year 2 class. The role is full time and you will be working alongside an established teaching team and Key Stage 1 phase lead.

The school has schemes of work in place and is well resourced with an ICT suite and I Pads to integrate into lessons to engage your learners

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the upper KS1 curriculum, encompassing the full teacher role including assessments, attending meetings and parents evening. The school use Read, Write Inc Phonics so experience of this would be useful. The school are seeking an experienced qualified teacher at Main pay scale 2 or above.

The school was deemed 'Good' in it's last Ofsted inspection in February 2018 commenting that pupils made good progress behaviour of students was good across year groups.

The school is easily accessible from the M1 motorway and all staff have access to a secure car park throughout the day.
