Do you have the skills and experience to manage a fabulous care home providing care for people with dementia, convalescence and palliative care? The home is surrounded by beautiful grounds, with lots of outdoor space for residents to enjoy.

I am looking for someone who has managed a home previously, and is committed to providing excellent care within a friendly, homely environment.

In this post you will:

* Be the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service

* Manage and motivate a great team of staff

* Manage budgets within the home

* Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users

* Ensure the service complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times

You must be able to demonstrate:

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager

* Experience of recruiting, supervising and managing staff

* The ability to manage the Service's budgets and deliver the Key Performance Indicators set

* Experience of providing person centered planning

* The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with relatives and friends of Service Users, employees, referring agencies, the local community and any other parties

* Experience of developing existing and new sources of referrals
