Part time Inventory Controller required for our manufacturing client based in Haverhill. As Part time Inventory Controller, you will be reporting to the planning and inventory control manager where you will coordinate and control the inventory control function in line with the inventory Control FCP. It is essential for this Part time Inventory Controller role that you possess a proven background within warehouse/store dealing with inventory, have an understanding of an ERP system, and excellent Excel knowledge.
The Role
* Organise weekly inventory counts with all departments
* Audit inventory movements, resolves and corrects discrepancies where necessary
* Lead in inventory control and ensure that there is compliance across all departments
* Carrying out spot checks and audits
* Data cleansing and reconciliations
* Ensure the availability of adequate warehouse and stores locations
* Monthly inventory report produced and presented to Planning and Inventory Controller
* Supervision of stock movements from all locations to ensure they are recorded accurately and are presentable for inventory integrity
* Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy
* Asset tagging: Ensure all assets are tagged and the Fiix & Accounts assets registers align
* Support the impending D365 implementation
* Production of Stock Accuracy and OTIF reporting.
* Working 16-22 hours per week over 3-4 days
The Person
* An excellent understanding of an ERP system, AX/ D365 Knowledge an advantage but not a pre-requisite
* Must possess strong Excel experience
* Must possess at least 3 years Proven background within a warehouse/ store's environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
* Strong time Management and Organisational skills
