Proficient and capable Purchase Order Administrator for a long term temporary position.

You'll be a confident Microsoft Office user and ideally experienced in using a Purchase Ordering system such Oracle or SAP. You will be working in a busy environment and a typical day's tasks will include -

- identifying stock items that need to be ordered each day
- clarifying any anomalies with Materials Control
- processing non stock purchase requisitions
- ensuring correct authorisation and placing orders in an accurate and timely manner
- advising requisitioner of any issues and escalating complex or unprocessed items

You'll be a confident and clear communicator with numerical savvy and first class attention to details.

Your role will be office based (all Covid secure) and will go from full-time to part-time after 4-weeks.

The role has no fixed end date and will be for at least 3-months.

As well as having access to the onsite canteen and parking available on site you will also be able to apply for permanent roles that may become available.
