Manpower are currently recruiting for production operatives for a soup factory in the Grimsby area.
The role will involve working 5 days a week - there are AM (06:00 - 14:00), PM (14:00 - 22:00) and night (22:00 - 06:00) shifts available.
As Part of the position, you will be required too -
Ensure all products are made to company specification including, temperature, weight, photo standards, CCP, reporting all failures to Team leader.
Assemble, blending, and packing of quality products to company standards at all times, reporting any failures.
Provide information of issues to ensure improvements are captured and implemented.
Help maintain GMP by keeping work area/line clean and tidy.
The pay rate for the position is GBP8.91 per hour
The ideal candidate will be confident with working as part of a team, and capable of independent work. they Will also have basic numerical skills, basic English language skills, good punctuality, and an awareness for Health and Safety.
