We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established organisation in the Care Sector. They have over 25 years' experience, an excellent market reputation and around 300 staff across various areas of the business.

The successful individual will be responsible for all HR matters within the organisation. You will work in a strategic manner whilst managing Recruitment, L&D and Employee Relations.

Core duties:

* To ensure effective management of employee relations cases
* Work in partnership with Head Office and Managers to help resolve any employee related issues.
* To work in collaboration with Head Office and Managers, to support the successful delivery of resident focused homes and the achievement of business targets
* To support and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues, ensuring best practice and minimizing risk and financial exposure
* Ensure all cases with potential for wider organization impact are escalated to the CEO
* Provide expert advice, as required, in disciplinary and Grievance hearings
* Address Sickness Absence in a timely manner, support in dealing with all long-term sickness cases.
* To undertake annual HR Audits of employee files to ensure workforce compliance
* To lead on the recruitment strategy for the organisation, identifying best ways to advertise and supporting in interviewing if required
* To monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements for all staff, ensuring maximum attendance and completion of the necessary compliance training and identifying staff that are out of date and monitoring progress.

Requirements:

* Relevant HR Management experience, at least 2 years+
* A minimum of CIPD Level 5
* Excellent organisation skills
* An ability to communicate clearly and affectively with all stakeholders up to Board level.
* Driving license and access to a car
