We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for United Roofing Products in Cullompton to establish and maintain efficient relationships with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

What does the role involve?
As Sales Administrator, you will be required to provide general office support for the team and provide excellent customer service to all customers. Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on a range of queries including POD's, stock levels, quotes and sharing samples to the sales team and external customers. A key element of this role will be to handle guarantee and warranty requests from customers, this will include logging and following up on sales.
The successful candidate will require:
• To be well organised and efficient in order to manage merchandise, promotions and price lists in line with the suppliers and sales team
• To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills
• Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable, as would GCSE Mathematics and English
