Client Relations and Social Media Specialist

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Relations and Social Media Specialist to join a large organisation in Basildon, on a 12 month Temp Contract starting immediately. We seek individuals with proven experience in this field, together with superb event and budget management skills, to take responsibility for the daily management and development of the company's social platforms.

Responsibilities will include : -

Social media - inc creating and implementing social media strategies.

Marketing activities - inc working closely with the UK and ROI marketing team.

Customer Centre Management - inc tour coordination.

Administration - inc raising and management of customer orders, invoices and credits.

Experience/skills required : -

Client relationship management

Social Media strategies

Marketing experience

Experience of using SAP system would be an advantage

Knowledge of purchasing processes

Event organising

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information :

This is a 12 month Temp Contract

Based in Basildon / some home working in current situation

Salary range GBP30,000 per annum

Working hours : core hours Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm but need to be flexible when required for events etc.
