If so we are currently recruiting for an Area Manager on a permanent basis working for a holiday lettings agency where they pride themselves on providing great customer service and high standards.

If you are from a Property Management / Housekeeping Management background we would love to hear from you!

This wonderful company are offering a yearly salary of GBP22k per annum and a GBP500 end of year bonus!

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for a portfolio of properties to include:

- Organising the weekly staff rotas for cleans in the properties

- Carry out pre-arrival cleaning and safety checks of each property

- Recruit and manage a team of housekeepers, conducting staff inductions and training

- Liaise with internal departments to address complaints and damage by guests

- Office duties such as ordering of stock, payroll, vacant property checks and preparing linen and cleaning kits for changeovers

- Confidence in dealing with staff, guests, contractors suppliers and holiday let owners

- Speaking with owners around the management of their holiday let

If you have supervised Housekeeping teams within a similar industry, have skills in diagnosing repair and day to day property repairs we would love to hear from you!

It is essential that you have a full driving license for this role to be able to travel to the properties

This position is full time with weekend shifts due to the nature of the industry, with 2 days off in the week

In addition to the annual salary of GBP22k + GBP500 bonus at the end of the season you will have discounted use of their hotels, facilities, water-sports etc.
