Process Development/Improvement Manager
Salary: GBP41,000 - GBP44,500
Location: Preston, Lancashire
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a process development manager to join a leading Food manufacturing company at the production site in Lancashire. The role will be focused on improving the manufacturing process over a number of years to ultimately improve quality and save time/costs. This role will be autonomous but you will have to liaise with other managers across the business, whilst also inspiring all other members of staff to buy into the new processes.
Skills required for Process Development/Improvement Manager:
?? 5+ Years' experience working in a fast paced/high volume foods manufacturing business
?? Strong Leadership skills and Experience
?? Previously Delivered Successful Process Improvements.
?? Understanding of Continuous Improvement and LEAN Manufacturing
