Duties:
To ensure high level provision of support to commercial partners via phone, email and support forums.
Delivery of first class customer services, investigating issues and working with the client to satisfactory resolution.
Communicating with internal departments and where required escalating problems.
Updating and maintaining records and reports.
The role may also involve order processing, software testing, graphic design, web design or customer training dependent upon skillset and business requirements.
Experience:
Must have a high level of customer service skills, computer literacy and understanding of IT software.
Previous IT helpdesk experience, IT systems administration and experience with EPOS software are all advantageous.
Must have excellent communication, and good problem solving skills and great attention to detail.
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 dependent upon experience
