Hours: Mon - Thursday 8.45 - 5pm On Fridays 8.45 - 4.20pm

Are you looking to work within a dynamic studio environment, where you will support the senior brand and content manager in developing creative work in accordance with creative briefs? My client are looking for someone who will add value to creative output, develop professional visual designs, and deliver brand consistency.

Job duties include:
Work collaboratively with other members of the production team on the varying types of briefs coming into the studio including creative briefs, continuation briefs and studio briefs.
Review results to understand how prior work has performed to accommodate learnings in future work.
Work with senior brand and content manager, marketing comms manager, and/or marketing executives (where appropriate) to ensure all creative briefs are clear and provide all information required to deliver creative requirements.
Responsible for upholding and championing style guidelines.
Maintain and improve design standards.
Set art direction while also generating ideas that complement the overall creative approach.
Design concepts that engage, challenge perceptions, and embody the brand values.
Responsible for designing across a range of disciplines.
Deliver innovative creative solutions.
Skills and Experience
Ideally a graduate in Graphic Design.
Excellent knowledge of the principles of graphic design and typography, and demonstrable experience of practising these within the bounds of corporate identity.
A creative thinker with good problem-solving skills.
Organised with the ability to multitask.
Enthusiasm for design and well informed of current trends and issues.
Ability to articulate creative ideas, both verbally and in writing.
Creative approach to briefs, while working within Brother Guidelines.
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
Video editing skills and HTML 5 desirable but not essential
