SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Supply Chain Administrator based in Nottingham.

This role will be working remotely and is for around a couple of months. There is a potential that this role will be extended so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a very reputable business.

It is essential you are based a communicable distance to Nottingham City Centre.

You will also be responsible for stock management, purchase order processing and goods receipt in a timely manner.

Duties:

??? Adhering to company process and procedures whilst maintaining accurate data processing
and administration
??? Daily stock transfer processing
??? Assist with the daily purchase order processing including timely goods receipt
??? Maintaining an accurate record of high value service/repairable items, including
inbound/outbound stock movements
??? Daily sales order processing of spare parts and components both UK and overseas

Experience:
??? Supply chain experience in a similar role including international freight
??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
??? A strong attention to detail
??? Ability to follow processes accurately and methodically
??? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or ERP system preferable
??? Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
??? Strong time management and prioritization skills

You will be proactive, self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy!

The successful candidate will have the ability to work from home although all working equipment will be provided.

Salary: GBP10.00 per hour (Depending on experience.)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 am - 5.00 pm
