Inbound Sales Advisor
We're on the lookout for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on an ongoing temporary basis with potential to go permanent.
About the role:
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Selling our clients products and additional support packages.
* Handle incoming calls and respond to new emails.
* Provide up-to-date product knowledge to customers and inform them of current promotions
* Making outbound calls to customers to see if they want to go ahead purchasing goods
* No cold calling required
Details:
This role offers full time hours on a rotating shift pattern or set shift patterns available between Monday - Friday 08:00-20:00 and Saturday 09:00-18:00. Pay rate is GBP8.91 per hour with additional bonus scheme.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will require excellent attention to detail and telephone manner, IT literate, work well as part of a team and willing to commit to training and learn new skills.
