We are currently working with a lovely primary school in Northampton who are seeking an experienced HR administrato.
You will be required to work 08:30-16:30.
Applicants must have strong administration and customer service/ facing experience.
SIMs knowledge would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Your duties as a school administrator are-
* Being the first point of contact for those who enter and call the school
* Working in the main school office dealing with queries with students, parents, carers and other visitors
* Using the School Information Management System (SIMs) to input student and staff data including attendance
* Create reports for the schools business manager and SLT
* General support to the head teacher, SLT, school business manager and other members of staff
* General office administration duties
What you need to apply for the role-
* Previous experience working as an administrator and within a customer facing role
* Willing to learn and be trained on the schools internal system
* A DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
* A minimum of 2 professional references. Both who are able to confirm your recent work experience
* Complete Connex Education's online Safeguarding and GDPR courses
* Strong communication skills
* A Friendly a welcoming approach
* Able to commit to a long-term position
* Professional and reliable.
