Assistant Operations Manager - Logistics
Salary - GBP30k-35k
Opportunity for an exceptional individual with transport operations, transport coordinator or traffic controller experience to take the next step and join an expanding business. Role:
Do you have experience of managing and coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day transport operations to maximise the productivity and delivery of a first-class service? Your role will be to assist the Operations Manager - Logistics in managing transport operational cost and resource management.
Ideal Candidate:
You will have:
* Experience in driver management, debriefs, WTD, maximising drivers' hours.
* Worked with routing efficiencies, KPI's, service recovery, fleet compliance.
* Managed P&L and operational costs.
* Excellent skills in Excel
* CPC or COTC or working towards
