Contracts Manager
Contract Manager - Excellent Permanent opportunity
Our client, a national construction contractor, are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join them on a project in shepards bush - windows and doors, this is a new office starting up with new projects.
We are looking for someone who is experienced working in the Social housing/local authority sectors and has a good knowledge of construction and externals.
You will be responsible for managing the project and this will be based in Shephards Bush.
You will be responsible for the project (when necessary), health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme. Reporting into senior site manager.
Experience needed for this role includes -
Social Housing Background
A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
A clean driving licence
