Evaluation & Performance Manager
35 Hours per week – 12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover
We have big goals over the next few years.
We’re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.
Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.
Will you join us?
We are looking for an Evaluation & Performance Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our high performing Strategy & Insight team.
You will lead high quality evaluations of Mind’s work, analyse our organisational performance, and transparently share our impact & learning to help change the lives of people with mental health problems.
This is an exciting time to join Mind. Over the last few years, we've helped to transform public attitudes and the quality of mental health support. But there has not been enough progress.
There was already a mental health emergency before coronavirus. But the pandemic has entrenched inequalities in the nation’s mental health.
The focus of our new strategy is on supporting the people disproportionately affected by mental health problems – especially people from racialised communities, young people, and people living in poverty (https://www.mind.org.uk/about-us/our-strategy/).
Come and join the fight for mental health.
Closing Date: 25th July 2021
This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team)
Mind is committed to equality of opportunity for all staff, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
As part of our new strategy, we want to become a truly anti-racist organisation. We want our workforce to truly reflect the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the people we exist to support. Therefore we would like to particularly encourage applications from BAME candidates.
Please refer to the Job Description while completing your application as candidates will be shortlisted based on how closely they match the criteria.
