Graphic Designer

We’re looking for highly creative, driven Graphic Designer to act as the creative lead on our marketing projects.

Reporting to the Digital director, the role covers branding and design of career focused microsites for our clients – including some of the UKs largest companies – as well as work on our own brand and marketing collateral to support the company.

What you’ll do:

• Design and update careers websites for our clients
• Communicating with clients regularly on their career site requirements
• Designing social media graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

With a pro-active approach to your work, you will work well on your own initiative and be competent in the use of all Adobe software, such as Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign. Confident with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time, you will need to able to be flexible in your design style and be able to work to brand guidelines. You will be able to demonstrate great project management skills and be able to keep up to date with trends in the design industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and be able to work to tight deadlines. They will also have strong layout skills and be able to manage a brand process from initial creative brief through to the final presentation. The ability to code HTML and translate designs into functioning websites is highly desirable.
