Key Account Credit Controller
Department: Finance
Location: Manchester
Purpose of the role
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers. Collection of associated debt and resolution of complex queries.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain successful working relationships with key customers
Cash collection and management of all key customer accounts
Resolution of complex issues and reconciliations
Work closely with Account Managers to resolve queries
Liaise with 3rd party solicitor to resolve legal claims
Point of escalation and reconciliation support for Credit Control Team
Input into weekly / monthly MI reports
Support ongoing and upcoming project work as required
Other adhoc duties as required
Key attributes
Previous Credit Control experience essential
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Good time management and organisational skills
Keen attention to detail
Proficient in all MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word
Experience of working with litigation claims
Previous experience of Salesforce preferable but not essential
