BBO Keyworker

When registering to this job board you will be redirected to the online application form. Please ensure that this is completed in full in order that your application can be reviewed.

We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about making a difference to someone's life to join our highly successful Employability Team on a fixed-term basis until May 2022.

The BBO Keyworker will help our customers, who are out of work and facing a number of barriers, to increase their confidence, raise their aspirations and move them into employment, education, or training. You will motivate and engage customers on the programme to achieve their full potential. You will have skills and experience in communication, planning and organisation, with the ability to use your initiative to deliver high quality work.

As a BBO Keyworker you will be part of the wider Employability team that delivers a range of employment support contracts, an apprenticeship programme, and provides volunteering and work experience opportunities.

Due to COVID-19, many Beyond Housing colleagues are staying safe and working from home if their role allows for it - as a BBO Keyworker you will also have the opportunity to do this. Once it is safe for colleagues to return to the office you will still have the flexibility to work from both the office and/or home as we support 'agile' working. We understand how important your work environment is when joining a new company, so we will work with you to ensure your work setting is suitable for you.

Emma Grimes is our Employability Manager, so if you fancy a chat to find out more, why not give her a call on (phone number removed).

Internal candidates must discuss a secondment with their line manager before applying for this role.

We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy. Closing date for applications is Monday 12 July 2021.
