The main objective for the HR Generalist is to provide support with both administrative and strategic functions within the HR team, training, development and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;-
• 3-4 year's proven experience working in an HR department.
• Good knowledge of UK employment/labour laws, HR procedures and policies.
• Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
• Talent acquisition, talent management and recruitment processes
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and high performing workplace.
• Ensure legal compliance of the HR functions and apply country specific employment laws
