National Account Manager

Travel required to cover sites in Northampton and Spalding

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm (flexibility required)

Salary; GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 dependant on experience, plus Immediate bonus, plus company car/car allowance

Reporting to the Client Operations Manager, the key account manager will hold overall responsibility for the fulfilment and management of the account, across multiple locations, managing the onsite teams and managing both internal and internal relationships effectively.

Key responsibilities

Developing key client's relationship at a senior level
Develop strong relationships internally with the branch network
Develop strong relationships with external providers
Directly Manage on site teams
Overseeing and managing fulfilment across all sites
Provide forecasting accordingly to the branches
Plan the recruitment campaigns required as per the forecast
Communicating business relevant information and providing structured feedback to the branch teams and senior management team
Full JD available on request

This role would suit an individual with previous experience in managing an on-site operation who is ready for the next step up in multi-client management and managing team members, or someone of this level currently looking for a new challenge.
