Our Client, an exciting brand in the Creative Space are now seeking an experienced Facilities Manager who will lead in the management of Facilities Services in their new, super cool, Headquarters in Central London.
Duties will include creating and delivering a Facilities Plan, Managing Supplier Contracts, Helping with Moves and Changes, Supporting the Events Manager, Managing the FM Service Desk, Managing Leases for Rented Space, Health and Safety, Team Leadership and Budget Management.
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the worlds most creative organisations, running a HQ function that is modest in scale but massive in detail and design.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience working in a similar creative environment, yet with solid FM skills to ensure the FM function is managed in an highly efficient, best in class manner. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be extremely well organised, possess passion for the role, creativity, and have experience of facilities management in buildings of a similar size and standard.
