* Project responsibility for improving machining and process performance.
* Designing new equipment, then purchasing, installation and commissioning
* Product launches
* Lead continuous improvement
* Production efficiency enhancement
* Risk management
* Technical performance
* Monitoring industry technical development

* Graduate calibre in a relevant discipline
* Manufacturing control
* Project management with mechanical and electrical elements
